Temp Page for Chia.Owly.Net Updates: March 27-??, 2026

MARCH 31: Though I have errands today (Sam's Club, pet store mainly), the plan is to cut all of my 2025 content from the chia.owly.net page and put it into a separate "archive" file. I will then (not today I'm sure) only have approx 3 months to work with. In addition, as time goes on, I need to simplify as there are so many posts/updates on that page, each of them having a ton of code and data. So lots of the colors and little pretties and other flotsam and jetsam, going back to Jan. and then onward, won't be "clogging up the pipes". Or, in the support tech's words, "Your index page is extremely large and that causes the excessive memory usage...[some suggestions I don't yet understand, and]...I strongly recommend that you reduce the number of posts this page contains." So that's my plan, starting by reducing the number of posts on the page as I described above. Then I can start updating again and taking the time and brain effort for the "good stuff" (dailies, Don's posts, music, etc.) while I do the rest. And so it goes...

MARCH 29: Since I lost access to my ability to edit the main page of my website, I have been trying to learn about troubleshooting, and today, as soon as I finish this, I will start with the first steps in that process. I am praying that one of those first steps will lead me to the fix. But we will see. If things get too complicated it isn't outside the realm of possibility that I will simply make a new main page. I am still able to access other pages and posts on the site, so I wouldn't have to re-do everything. It isn't like I haven't had to do it before...anyway, I had planned to start this temporary info page yesterday but between reading, researching, and brain breaks, it just didn't happen. However, here we go...
